The ease of creating agendas, drag and dropping documents into the portal, moving order of items and amending dates/times etc. It's easy to create/duplicate packs, move between shelves, everything is just so clear and set out well. The App is very easy to use, being able to see the agenda and go straight to that item is helpful.

I really appreciate the ease of receiving confidential reports and accessing papers for each agenda item. It's also very easy to click in the agenda to find the relevant papers, which is a major convenience. The Comment tool is something I use and value a lot. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy with the supplied initial login details.

Board Intelligence is a very intuitive system which has received very positive feedback from our Board members over the years. The e-signature function has made signing our minutes a much more efficient process. Their customer support is brilliant and any issues or questions are addressed quickly.
